  4. LI is a Windows 3.0 file viewer/finder/deleter/launcher.  The basic
  5. operation of the program is designed to be easy for the moderately 
  6. experienced Windows user.

  9. menu or the LI.WRI Windows Write file.

  11. LI is shareware and may be distributed to others as long as no charge 
  12. is made other than media and handling charges.
